Doylestown Float Studio is seeking a warm, dependable, and detail-oriented Float Guide to help create an exceptional experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
This is more than a customer service position. It's an opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to helping people reduce stress, recharge, and prioritize their well-being.
Schedule Requirements
This is a part-time position (approximately 15–25 hours per week).
To best serve our guests, applicants must be available to work:
- Wednesday through Sunday
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- Weekends are required
About Doylestown Float Studio
Since 2018, Doylestown Float Studio has been helping our community reduce stress and improve wellness through Float Therapy, Massage Therapy, and Reiki.

What You'll Do
As a Float Guide, you'll be responsible for ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless and relaxing visit from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Guest Experience
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide first-time guests through the float experience and answer questions.
- Help every guest feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit.
Room Preparation
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare float rooms between appointments.
- Ensure every room is pristine, stocked, and ready for the next guest.
Studio Operations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all guest areas, including showers, bathrooms, and common spaces.
- Follow health and sanitation procedures to maintain our high standards.
Time Management
- Keep appointments running smoothly and on schedule.
- Prioritize tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Attention to Detail
- Notice the little things that make a big difference.
- Help create a consistently peaceful, welcoming atmosphere every day.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, wellness, retail, or a similar guest-focused role is preferred (but we're happy to train the right person).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Ability to lift and carry 50-pound bags of Epsom salt as needed.
