We’re looking for a superstar Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for our clients (phone, email, and in-person)
- Answer phones and schedule appointments with a smile
- Help pet parents with questions, check-ins, and check-outs
- Support our veterinary team with administrative tasks
- Multitask like a pro while keeping things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, upbeat attitude (this is non-negotiable — we want someone who lights up the room!)
- Strong team player who jumps in and helps wherever needed
- Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service, veterinary, or medical reception is a big plus — but the right personality matters more!
- Must love dogs, cats and helping people
