SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Experience: 5 years of automotive repair and diagnostics experience working for a professional automotive repair business.
• Skills: Light diagnostic capabilities (e.g., evap, check engine lights, noise/vibration), general maintenance, and repair.
• Attitude: A can-do mindset, curiosity, and a passion for problem-solving.
• Cultural Fit: Respectful, honest, and team-oriented. Someone who treats cars and customers with care—just like they would for their own family.

I’ve been wrenching since I was 12, starting with lawnmowers and working my way up to cars. My passion for figuring out how things work led me to work in both independent shops and dealerships before purchasing what is now Doyle’s Automotive Service in 2015. I took the best of what I learned from both worlds to build a shop where techs are truly supported. As someone who’s been in your boots, I know the challenges you face, and my #1 goal is to make sure you have what you need, when you need it.
