Office Manager/ Controller.

Full Time.

Pay $23-25 an hour.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Office Manager/Controller to oversee daily office operations and lead the financial management functions of our plastics manufacturing facility. This role combines hands-on accounting responsibilities with administrative leadership to ensure our office runs efficiently, accurately, and in full support of production and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all accounting functions, including A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
  • Intercompany transfers.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, cost reports, and cash-flow forecasts.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, workflow, and administrative processes.
  • Inventory management.
  • Record and deposit checks for multiple companies.
  • Process and pay invoices for multiple companies.
  • Send invoices on various platforms.
  • Perform multiple beginning of the month tasks (commission checks & rent checks).
  • Assist other team members with projects.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of accounting or controller experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (Sage 100) is a must
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $23 - $25
