Salary: $70,000 - $150,000
What You'll Do
- Build and manage your own pipeline through prospecting and company-provided leads
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to design and sell security solutions
- Present proposals and close new system sales and upgrades
- Guide customers through the process from first conversation to installation
- Follow up to ensure a strong customer experience and long-term satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and activity tracking
What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven mindset - you don't wait for opportunities, you create them
- Consistent follow up and ability to move deals forward
- Interest in security system industry (training provided)
- Familiarity with the Watertown market is a plus
- Valid driver's license
