Doyle Security Services (DSS) is currently looking for UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS in Suffolk County, NY.

Locations & Shifts:

Brookhaven: Thursday 0700-1500, Friday 0700-1900, Saturday 0700-1500, Sunday 0700-1500 Payrate: $19.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Saturday, Sunday, 0700-1500 Payrate: $19.00/hr.

Brookhaven: Sunday-Tuesday 0700-1900 Payrate: $19.00/hr.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable and professional Unarmed Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at a pharmaceutical facility. This role requires a high level of vigilance, integrity, and customer service while performing duties as a security officer at a standing post for extended periods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for monitoring and reporting activities and incidents at the assigned client site to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.
• Conducts regular foot patrols and completes scans.
• Maintains order and enforces site-specific regulations and directives related to personnel, visitors, and the premises.
• Securing premise inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
• Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
• Tasks assigned by supervisor or manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 5-7 Year U.S. work history may be required.
• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• This position requires the ability to stand for long period.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must be able to understand the English language and communicate effectively in both the verbal and written form.
• Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position.
