Security Operations Center Supervisor – Scope of Responsibilities
The Security Operations Center Supervisor will oversee daily security operations and ensure the effective delivery of all contracted security services in support of Bank branches and office locations. The Supervisor will serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, maintain compliance with Bank security requirements, and provide leadership and oversight to all assigned security personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct security officers assigned to Bank locations, ensuring adherence to all post orders, policies, and procedures established by BNPP Corporate Security.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify compliance with security standards, staffing requirements, and operational expectations.
- Monitor daily security operations, including CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring, access control activities, and incident response functions.
- Ensure all posts are staffed with qualified personnel and coordinate scheduling, coverage, and replacement staffing to address absences and operational needs.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management for assigned security personnel to maintain service excellence and professionalism.
- Act as the primary escalation point for security incidents, emergencies, and operational concerns, ensuring timely notification and reporting to BNPP Corporate Security management.
- Develop and implement proactive security strategies to address emerging domestic and global threats that may impact Bank personnel, facilities, or operations.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate future risks.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, personnel performance, training, and compliance activities.
- Prepare and deliver operational reports, presentations, findings, and recommendations to Bank and security management regarding security risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Bank management, Corporate Security, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and seamless security operations.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies throughout the duration of the contract.
- Support after-hours operations and emergency response activities as required, providing leadership during critical incidents and staffing challenges.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, and continuous improvement across all assigned locations.
- Manage weekly payroll administration for assigned security personnel, ensuring all timekeeping records, overtime approvals, schedule adjustments, and payroll entries are accurate, approved, and submitted within established deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in physical security operations.
- Experience managing multi-site security programs, access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm response.
- Strong leadership, communication, report-writing, and incident management skills.
- Ability to manage emergency situations, staffing challenges, and client relationships in a professional manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and security reporting platforms.
- Valid security license(s) and certifications as required by local regulations.
