Intern Job Responsibilities
Accounting: Accounting Clerk
Basic Tasks: As an Accounting Clerk, you will assist with various accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Finance: FP&A Intern
Basic Tasks: As an FP&A intern you will assist with various tasks to support and partner with our Business Units and Corporate functional teams. This will include data gathering, validation and analysis, monthly / quarterly financial reporting and analysis, forecast vs. actuals analysis, financial modeling, and ad hoc project work. You will work closely with our finance and accounting teams, along with finance leadership, to review and report on financial statements, provide business and financial trend analysis, analyze key performance indicators, and help develop financial messaging to business partners.
Marketing: Marketing Coordinator Intern Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content for social media, supporting digital marketing initiatives, conducting market research, marketing campaign execution, and helping coordinate events or promotional activities. By the end of the internship, you will have enough experience to earn your Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM certification) through the globally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI.) Requirements
Intern Qualifications / Skills:
- High School Diploma or GED, and 18 years of age.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program.
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In Junior or Senior year of college graduate program
- Participation in a degree program related to role applied for preferred
- Time Period: 12 weeks, May-August 2026
- Hours: Monday-Friday, Full Time 40 hours, Temporary Status. Specific hours will be subject to departmental needs.
- Location: Hybrid, with 3-4 days in-office at DOXA Headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN.
- Pay: $20.00 an hour
