Description: DOXA Insurance Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our growing Corporate Finance team. This role will play a key part in the month-end close and financial reporting process across multiple business units within a fast-growing specialty insurance platform. The Senior Accountant will partner closely with business unit finance teams and corporate leadership to support accurate financial reporting, process improvement, and scalable accounting operations in a highly acquisitive environment. This role offers strong exposure to executive leadership, operational finance, and acquisition-related activities while providing meaningful opportunities for career growth. Key Responsibilities: · Lead month-end close activities for multiple subsidiaries and business units, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting · Prepare and maintain accurate financial records within NetSuite and other accounting systems · Collaborate with business unit accounting teams to improve close processes, standardization, and internal controls · Assist with intercompany accounting and consolidation-related activities · Support acquisition integration activities and other special projects as needed · Assist with the annual financial statement audit and support audit and tax-related requests · Analyze financial results and investigate fluctuations to support management reporting and operational decision-making · Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and data accuracy · Support ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives Requirements Required · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field · 3+ years of accounting experience in public accounting and/or a corporate accounting environment · Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles · Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Advanced Microsoft Excel skills · Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment · Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Preferred · CPA or CPA candidate preferred · Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems · Experience working in a multi-entity or high-growth environment · Insurance industry experience preferred Why Join Us: · Opportunity to play a meaningful role within a rapidly growing organization · Exposure to acquisitions, integration activities, and enterprise-wide initiatives · Collaborative and high-performing team environment · Direct interaction with finance leadership and business unit teams · Strong opportunity for professional growth and career advancement Compensation: The expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 – $75,000. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as education, experience, skill set, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
