Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shop Hand to join our service team. This role involves supporting daily operations within a busy shop environment, assisting with assembly, equipment handling, and general warehouse tasks. Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly of products on the product staging line using hand tools and power tools
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and finished goods
- Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufactured equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop and warehouse areas
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently
- Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning
Requirements
- Prior experience in shop and or warehouse environments preferred
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with staging material and processes are highly desirable
- Ability to operate forklifts, power tools, hand tools, and other machinery safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of manufacturing safety standards and procedures
- Previous experience with warehouse operations or assembly work is a plus
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for shifts

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
