Located at ARRIVE Albuquerque, a beautifully renovated historic hotel and neighborhood hub, DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge is a high/low, east/west cocktail bar, restaurant, and swim club, where Pan Asian American classics are served alongside Americana comfort food.
POSITION PROFILE
The Bartender brings the energy behind the bar at
THE TASK AT HAND
Craft drinks for every occasion — mimosas at brunch, chef's-tasting-menu pairings, or espresso to-go.
Create a warm, laidback atmosphere and keep the bar tidy and welcoming for guests and staff alike.
Learn our steps of service, products, menu, and systems inside and out.
Restock, replenish, and prep the bar as needed.
Communicate openly with bar and restaurant managers on customer feedback.
Collaborate with hotel staff to make sure overnight guests know about exclusive bar offerings and promotions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required
1 year of related experience as a Bartender in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, with the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
Clear communication skills, fluent in English, with basic arithmetic for tabs and inventory.
Physical
Standing and walking throughout the shift, with the ability to lift up to 30lbs and carry bar stock as needed.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
