Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Airline and Industry Relations Manager based in New York, NY. The manager will develop and maintain key relationships with airlines and industry partners, negotiate competitive contracts and agreements, and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Responsibilities also include monitoring industry trends, representing the company in relevant forums, supporting sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align initiatives with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with industry partners and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Airlines and Aviation, demonstrating an understanding of industry practices, trends, and regulations.
• Experience in Sales, with the ability to negotiate contracts and drive partnerships that align with company objectives.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data and market trends.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for communication, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
