Security Officer – Downtown Pittsburgh
We are currently seeking professional Security Officers to join our team at a premier client location in Downtown Pittsburgh. Multiple positions and shifts are available.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and routine inspections.
- Control access points and verify visitor and employee credentials.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Prepare accurate incident, activity, and daily reports.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and site-specific regulations.
- Coordinate with property management and law enforcement when necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional presence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Basic to moderate computer skills are a plus, but not required.
- Reliable, professional, and attentive to detail.
Schedule Requirements
Candidates must have open availability and be able to work all shifts, including:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekend, holiday, and overtime work may be required based on operational needs.
