Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using various POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations.
- Keep track of inventory levels for bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours while maintaining quality service.
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and handle challenging situations professionally.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Experience in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to accurately process transactions.
- Background in food industry roles such as food service or catering that demonstrate your ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.

Pay: $7.25 - $10.00 per hour
