What You Will Do
As our Assistant Coach – Food & Beverage, you will be a key leader on the floor to include training, motivating, and supporting the team while keeping operations running smoothly. You will help deliver top-tier guest experiences across our restaurant, bar, and private dining spaces while driving sales, controlling costs, and upholding our culture.
You Will be responsible for things like:
- Coaching and developing team members (this is a people-first role!)
- Supporting daily operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Maintaining food quality, safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Assisting with inventory, labor control, and P&L performance
- Helping manage vendors and special events/party rooms
- Leading pre-shift & post-shift meetings
- Jumping in wherever needed (expo, service, POS, etc.)
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Ensuring liquor liability, safety, and compliance standards are met
And yes… table touches, guest smiles, and FUN are part of the job
What We are Looking For
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume F&B environment
- Passion for developing people and leading by example
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- ABC Card & ServSafe certified (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays
- POS knowledge and basic Microsoft skills
- Enjoys interacting with families and kids
- Brings energy, accountability, and a great attitude
