As an Assistant Manager, you will be right in the action. Coaching our arcade team, keeping things running smoother than a skee-ball roll, and making sure every guest walks away saying, “That place was AWESOME.”
What You Will Do:
- Lead and inspire our team to bring energy, smiles, and top-tier service
- Keep the arcade and retail areas stocked, safe, clean, and running like a boss
- Maximize sales while keeping the FUN alive
- Tackle guest concerns with style and professionalism
- Troubleshoot game malfunctions and keep the tech humming
- Make sure our redemption wall is poppin’ and prize-tastic
- Help create a place where team members grow, thrive, and love their jobs
What You Bring to the Table:
- 1–3 years of leadership experience (arcade, retail, or entertainment preferred)
- A passion for coaching and people development
- A love for fast-paced, high-volume environments (because we don’t do “boring”)
- Stellar communication skills and a big ol’ heart for hospitality
- Weekend warriors welcome, we need you when the party’s hoppin’
- Know your way around a Point of Sale system
- Microsoft Office ninja (or at least friends with Word & Excel)
- Have experience fixing games, lanes, or broken card readers
