Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a infant /toddler Teacher based in Baltimore, MD. The Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing educational lessons and activities, providing training and guidance to children, and fostering a collaborative and supportive classroom environment. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans, coompleting assessments (Asq), changing diapers, home visits, effectively communicating with children and their families to enhance their learning experience,etc
Qualifications
- Lesson Planning
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Experience in early childhood education is a plus
- CDA or degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field
