Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Workers' Compensation Subrogation Specialist. The role requires analyzing claims, managing insurance processes, and handling workers compensation claims. The specialist will evaluate claims, coordinate resolutions and ensure thorough documentation for claim submissions. Collaboration with insurance companies and other relevant parties may also be part of the job responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in handling Workers Compensation Claims Management and Claims Handling processes, including evaluation and resolution of claims
- Knowledge of Insurance and Employee Benefits, particularly in the context of workers’ compensation and fleet operations
- Strong Customer Service skills, with an ability to manage communications professionally and effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in the transportation or fleet management industry is a plus
