- Process invoices and payables through Bill.com, ensuring accurate coding and compliance with policies.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and prepare journal entries (cash, AR, AP, fixed assets, accruals).
- Maintain accurate records in Sage Intacct, integrated with Yardi and Fortress property management systems.
- Assist with financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) and annual audits.
- Support special projects and help identify ways to streamline and improve accounting operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience; nonprofit or property management background a plus.
- Comfortable using accounting and property management software—experience with Sage Intacct, Bill.com, Yardi, or Fortress is highly valued.
- Strong skills in Excel and attention to detail.
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually, full-time (37.5 hours/week).
- Benefits: Competitive package including health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with employer match, paid holidays and PTO, life insurance, and short-term disability.
