We are expanding our culinary team and looking for strong, reliable, and self-motivated professionals to join us. We have year-round positions available for an experienced Sous Chef or CDC.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly under seasoned professional chefs with decades of high-level industry experience. ### What You’ll Do:

• Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Accurately follow established recipes and execute daily prep lists.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, sanitation guidelines, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude during high-volume peak hours.
• Assist with kitchen management, leadership, and operational oversight.

• Experience: Proven experience working in professional kitchens is required.
• Reliability: You are dependable, punctual, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Drive: Self-motivated individuals who take initiative and take pride in their work.
• References: Professional references will be required upon interview.
