Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of legal and non-legal research techniques using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Experience with conflicts, records, attorney licensing and information governance organization, tools and processes.
- Experience in negotiating contracts and overseeing compliance for contracts and licenses.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and conduct end-user training on research resources and other information governance platforms.
- Effective interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work well at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in library and information science. Master’s degree preferred.
- 5 years of information governance or library-related experience in law firms or professional services organization.
