We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will assist with the setup, organization, and teardown of auction events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of auction items and equipment.
- Help organize and display items for auctions, ensuring they are presented attractively.
- Move and transport auction items as needed, including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during events.
- Assist with inventory management and tagging of auction items.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and bidders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in labor, warehousing, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as auction schedules require.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
