Downriver Refrigeration Supply Co. is a family-owned HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) wholesaler with eight locations in Southeastern Michigan. We have an excellent reputation for industry knowledge, customer service, and available inventory.
We are currently seeking a part-time entry-level administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate would be a hard-working, reliable, detail-oriented, self-starting individual.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist with updating and maintaining price files
- Assist with updating and maintaining products in database
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records and files
- Maintain a clean and organized office and work area.
- Assist in clerical duties
- Assist Office Management
- Other responsibilities and/or duties assigned as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, stay on task, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in data entry and typing with high accuracy
- Detail oriented
- Basic math skills
- Strong computer, written, oral, and communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems/software quickly
- Experience working with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
