Customer Service Associate
Down Range Indoor Training Center – Chico, CA
Down Range Indoor Training Center is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our growing team in Chico, California. We are located at 13407 Garner Lane and operate with a strong commitment to our mission: “Safety Through Training and Education.”

Position Overview
- Hourly, non-exempt position

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional, welcoming manner
- Provide accurate and courteous assistance with questions, products, and services
- Assist customers with purchases and order preparation
