EDI Analyst - Integrator

DOWNLITE is a bedding company specializing in down and down alternative bedding. We power bedding brands such as Sealy, Tommy Bahama, Eddie Bauer, PrimaLoft and numerous private label store brands. Corporate Office located in Mason, OH; while this position is held in Blue Ash, Ohio. We operate several plants in the country and are proud to be a privately held family bedding company. We operate several eCommerce stores, and operate in these markets: home, performance fillings for outerwear and hospitality markets.

We are looking for an EDI Analyst - Integrator to design, develop, test, and the maintenance of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to support seamless data exchange between our organization and external trading partners The EDI Analyst is responsible for the EDI onboarding, as well as the maintenance of EDI connections and EDI master data. The EDI Analyst position reports to the Director of IT/MIS.Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

· Onboard new trading partners and maintain or update existing trading partners as needed.

· Maintain EDI systems by updating trading partner connections and certificates, updating EDI setup data, and performing other related tasks

· Facilitate updates to EDI business logic as business requirements change

· Analyze and troubleshoot EDI inbound and outbound errors/failures across various transaction types

· Audit EDI systems to ensure the timely processing and sending of EDI documents

· Ensure compliance with data security protocols and industry standards for data transfer.

· Provide technical support to internal users and external trading partners

· Monitor EDI transaction flows and proactively identify issues

· Document issues, resolutions, changes to EDI processes and procedures for future reference

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science preferred, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

· Minimum of [5] years of experience managing EDI systems, preferably in a manufacturing.

· Prior experience onboarding EDI trading partners and EDI documents.

· Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML.

· Strong knowledge of communications such as FTP/SFTP, VANS and AS2

· Strong knowledge of EDI Documents, structure and standard formatting –

· Knowledge of 850, 860, 855, 856, 810

· Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central 365) and integration tools (e.g., IBM Sterling, Lanham, or similar).

· Excellent problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach to troubleshooting.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

· Effective communication skills, able to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

· Must be self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision
