Position: Lunchroom Monitors (Job ID 5377)
Locations: Middle Schools (based upon available position)
Pay Rate: $15.80 per hour
Schedule: At least 2 hours a day based on building needs, Monday - Friday; 180 school days per year following Board-approved calendar
Benefit Eligible: No
Effective Date: ASAP

Job Summary: Provide a safe school cafeteria environment and assist with minor kitchen duties, including but not limited to wiping tables, preparing snacks, putting condiments out and properly cleaning tables.
Qualifications: To successfully perform this position, a person must be able to perform each primary duty satisfactorily. The qualification requirements listed below represent minimum levels of educational achievement, training, skills and/or ability necessary.
- High school diploma plus one year experience in similar position
- Prior food handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 20lbs
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Food Handlers Certificate preferred but not essential
- Candidate must adhere to all local, state, federal, and school code requirements for employment
- Must successfully complete and maintain compliance with all federal and state background and criminal record check requirements
