Downhole Chemical Solutions (DCS) is actively seeking an Operations Engineer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in providing technical support for DCS's field operations while contributing to the continued growth of our dry friction reducer delivery program, DriFlowTM. We are searching for a dynamic individual who is highly self-motivated and eager to thrive as an engineer.

Schedule:
10 days on 4 days off or 2 weeks on 1 week off
As an Operations Engineer at DCS, you will embark on a unique rotational development program spanning 6 months. This program was created to accelerate the speed at which a new engineer becomes familiar with DCS. During this program, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, gaining invaluable exposure to our company's operations and business processes. These roles include but are not limited to:
Operator: You will be on the front lines, gaining hands-on experience with our equipment and processes in the field.
Electronics Technician: You'll delve into the technical aspects of our operations, ensuring the seamless function of electronic systems.
Field Coordinator: You will learn to manage and coordinate field activities, fostering strong communication with our teams in the field.
Facility Coordinator: You will learn inventory management and loading bulk products for field delivery at the facility.
Remote Operations Center Coordinator: You'll be involved in monitoring and supporting operations remotely, employing cutting-edge technology.
Upon the successful completion of the development program, you will transition into the role of an Operations Engineer I, where you will continue to contribute to the growth and success of DCS. This role offers the potential for long-term career growth and advancement within our organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science from an accredited university in petroleum engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Willingness to relocate to Marshall, TX and travel as needed throughout the U.S. to support DCS’s operations
- Must be self-motivated, and able to work autonomously alongside other engineers and field personnel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Experience
Minimal experience required. Ideally 1-2 year field experience, internship, or otherwise
