Directly reports to the school principal. Plans, organizes, presents and evaluates a program of meaningful instruction to students in assigned teaching areas, performs other duties connected with the school program as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Possession of a valid Special Education Credential ~ Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential or Mild/Moderate Support Needs Credential • CLAD / BCLAD Authorization • Three years of experience working with students with disabilities and knowledge of the Special Education Information System (SEIS) preferred • Knowledgeable in current research-based practices in instruction and behavioral management
