Job Summary
The Electrical Pathway CTE Teacher prepares students for careers in the electrical trades, including residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems. Through structured instruction, hands-on lab activities, and real-world projects, the teacher develops students’ foundational knowledge in electrical theory, safety practices, standards, wiring methods, circuitry, and system installation. The program emphasizes professionalism, craftsmanship, problem-solving, and alignment with Residential and Commercial Construction Pathway CTE standards within the Building & Construction Trades Industry Sector.
Requirements / Qualifications
• Valid Designated Subjects Career Technical Education (CTE) Credential in Building and Construction Trades or a minimum of three (3) years of recent, relevant experience in building and construction trades, or a related field. • Experience as an electrician or related trade is highly desirable.
