Duties
- Assist in designing and assembling fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Maintain the freshness and appearance of all floral displays through regular watering, pruning, and re-stocking.
- Support inventory management by stocking floral supplies, plants, and related merchandise on the sales floor.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about plant care, and floral options.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and processing payments efficiently.
- Engage with customers via phone communication to take orders or provide product information promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts by organizing displays, labeling products clearly, and ensuring an inviting shopping environment.
Skills
- A plus is having strong knowledge of horticulture, and plant identification to advise customers confidently.
- A plus is having experience with floral design principles and retail sales to create appealing arrangements that meet customer expectations.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling to ensure smooth transactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Organizational skills for stock management, merchandising setup, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Customer service expertise with a friendly attitude that fosters positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
