Duties
- Conduct tire service procedures such as mounting, balancing, rotating, and replacing tires.
- Inspect tires for damage, wear, and proper inflation levels to ensure safety standards are met.
- Repair or replace tires as needed, following manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to perform tire-related tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers by explaining tire options and maintenance recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety procedures and adhere to company policies during all service activities.
- Keep records of services performed and communicate any additional needs or concerns with customers.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Basic mechanical skills and familiarity with automotive tools are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
