Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
• Load, unload, and distribute materials and supplies on-site
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for all team members
• Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, such as shovels, wheelbarrows, and hand tools
• Help with site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
• Basic understanding of construction safety practices; willingness to adhere to all safety guidelines
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus, training will be provided
• Reliable transportation, punctuality is essential for team success
