Company Overview
Our company is a premium automotive protection and detailing studio based in Woodstock, IL. We specialize in paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, AG Formula 1051, paint correction, and high-end detailing for enthusiasts and daily drivers alike.
Role Overview
This is an on-site Detailing Technician role. Technicians perform services in-shop, while upholding the company’s standards of professionalism and service excellence.
Full-time is preferred, though part-time candidates may be considered.
Core Responsibilities
● Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled workdays
● Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively
● Perform interior and exterior detailing services on customer vehicles
● Handle a variety of vehicle conditions, including heavily soiled or restoration-level details
● Follow company procedures and quality standards
● Communicate professionally with customers and team members
● Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in an organized manner
● Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and service quality

Qualifications
● Valid Driver’s License
● Reliable transportation to work

● Prior experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required
● Experience in hands-on or labor-based roles preferred
Compensation
● Training / Part-Time Pay: $15.00 per hour
● Full-Time (After Initial Training Period): $45k - $60k per year
● Additional compensation opportunities for advanced skills such as:
● Paint correction
● Ceramic coating
● PPF installation (if applicable)
● Leadership responsibilities
