Responsibilities
- Portray various roles in simulated military scenarios, including enemy combatants, civilians, or other relevant characters.
- Collaborate with military trainers to develop and execute training exercises that meet specific objectives.
- Maintain authenticity in character portrayal to ensure realistic training experiences.
- Adapt to changing scenarios and respond appropriately to the actions of trainees.
- Provide feedback on training exercises to help improve future simulations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all training activities.
Experience
- Previous military experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with military terminology, operations, and culture is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform in various outdoor settings.

This is for a one week contract! We handle multiple contracts, across the country at any given time, and constantly need both new and experienced role players. This contract is to be performed from the 12th of January, 2026 to the 16th of January, 2026; with a backup day of the 17th of January, 2026. The pay for this contract is a flat $200 for each day/ night that training is conduct, i.e. 1700 on Monday, 12 January into 0200 on Tuesday 13 January counts as a single day of pay. The full contract, not including the potential backup day, will be for $800. On the off chance that the backup date is required it would be an additional $200 for the contract, for a total of $1,000. The expect time commitment is 4 - 6 hours daily. Additionally, after a successful contract you may be contacted for future contracts, in the area.
