Job Duties

• Competence: Install and/or Service residential and commercial security systems with

precision and attention to detail, adhering to high standards of quality and the EOS

commitment to achieving measurable results.

• Compassion: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client safety and peace of

mind, reflecting the EOS value of fostering strong relationships and maintaining a

positive impact.

• Accountability: Take full responsibility for the proper and safe use of hand and basic

power tools, upholding rigorous standards of accountability and transparency in all

Operations.

• Run day-to-day onsite projects: Assist in managing daily project tasks,

including coordinating with the project manager (PM).

• On-call rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation, responding to emergency

service calls and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction and

system reliability outside of regular business hours.

Required Job Skills

• Safe driving habits and possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test, upholding our standards of

accountability and reliability.

• Ability to meet the requirements for obtaining Registration with the NC Alarm Licensing

Board, showing competence and reliability in your role.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including adverse weather.

• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving walking, crawling, climbing,

bending, kneeling, and manual dexterity (use of hands and fingers).
