Job Description:
- Assist the Physician Practice Leadership with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office functions, including scheduling, records management, and communication.
- Provide support for new hire onboarding and employee status changes.
- Manage education databases, schedules staff training, and coordinates travel arrangements.
- Process charge captures, write contract summaries, and maintain scheduling matrices.
- Take meeting notes, distribute summaries, and assist with staff scheduling and payroll.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment.
