A Ford Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing the entire warranty claim process, ensuring compliance with Ford Motor Company policies and maximizing dealership revenue recovery. Key responsibilities include:
- Claim Management: Prepare, review, and submit warranty claims to Ford in a timely and accurate manner.
- Documentation & Compliance: Verify all repair orders, technician notes, and labor operations for accuracy and compliance with Ford's policies and procedures manual.
- Tracking & Reconciliation: Track the status of claims, follow up on unpaid or rejected claims, and work with the accounting department to reconcile all warranty receivables.
- Communication & Support: Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and parts department personnel to gather necessary information and resolve claim-related questions.
- Audits & Reporting: Prepare for and assist with manufacturer audits, maintaining organized warranty files and reporting logs.
- Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current on all factory recalls, bulletins, and updated warranty procedures through ongoing Ford training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
