Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our high-volume Ford dealership Service Department. Prior experience is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, including scheduling service appointments and providing vehicle status updates. This includes working with our CRM.
- Communicate and coordinate closely with Service Advisors to help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Arrange rental and loaner vehicles, ensuring all required information—such as driver’s license and insurance details—is accurately collected.
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the position develops; flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks are essential.
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
