This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Project Lead, based in Helena, MT. The Architect Project Lead will oversee and execute architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with client needs and goals. Responsibilities include developing architectural designs, managing project timelines, coordinating interdisciplinary teams, and integrating innovative solutions into final project plans. The Architect Project Lead will also provide technical guidance, oversee quality control, and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design with the ability to create innovative, functional, and client-centric solutions
- Proficiency in Project Management, with skills in organizing workflows, managing budgets, meeting deadlines, and communicating across teams
- Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as applicable to architectural tools and systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Relevant licensure or certification in architecture
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience leading medium to large-scale architectural projects is preferred
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus
