Overview
We are a premier custom home builder specializing in high-end, architecturally distinctive residences throughout Park City and the surrounding Wasatch Back. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee construction projects from site mobilization through final walkthrough. This role is vital in ensuring that all aspects of the construction process adhere to safety standards, project schedules, and quality expectations. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage resources, interpret architectural plans and technical drawings, and ensure compliance with federal and local construction regulations. The ideal candidate combines strong field craftsmanship knowledge with sharp scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all work conforms to plans, specifications, and premium quality standards
- Conduct regular quality inspections of framing, mechanical rough-ins, finish carpentry, millwork, and other high-visibility trade work
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and OSHA compliance; lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times — an expectation on luxury projects
- Develop and maintain the master project schedule; sequence subcontractors and material deliveries to avoid delays
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants on field decisions and design clarifications
- Manage subcontractor performance, holding trade partners accountable to schedule and quality commitments
- Anticipate and mitigate weather, site access, and mountain-terrain challenges specific to Park City builds
- Track daily logs, progress photos, and manpower reports using a construction management software such as BuilderTrend or Ressio.
- Identify change orders and scope changes and work with the Director of Operations for client or design approval.
- Manage material takeoffs, deliveries, and on-site inventory to minimize waste and delay
- Communicate proactively and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supervising residential construction, with at least 2 years specifically on high-end custom homes
- Strong working knowledge of framing, structural systems, mechanical/electrical/plumbing coordination, and finish carpentry
- Experience building on mountain or sloped terrain, and familiarity with Park City / Summit County permitting
- Proven ability to read and interpret architectural plans, structural drawings, and design elevations and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; comfortable managing multiple trade schedules simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Ressio) and basic Google Workspace tools
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work outdoors in variable mountain weather conditions and navigate steep or undeveloped sites

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
