Power Washing Technician — Full-Time

Dowers Power Wash Exterior Cleaning LLC is looking for a reliable, hard-working Power Washing Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on position serving residential and commercial customers throughout Thurston County. We're happy to train the right candidate, though prior experience in softwashing, outdoor labor, mechanics, or equipment management work is a plus. This energetic position involves operating pressure washing equipment, climbing ladders/being at high elevations, and adhering to strict safety protocols to deliver exceptional cleaning results. Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial power washing services (siding, concrete, decks, roofs, windows, and more)
• Use ladders and scaffolding appropriately for high-reach cleaning tasks while following safety guidelines.
• Prepare cleaning solutions and select appropriate cleaning equipment for different surfaces and materials.
• Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment and debris removal during cleaning projects.
• Apply personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and respirators to ensure safety during all operations.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, documenting work site conditions and completed jobs.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about project progress and outcomes.
• Clean and maintain all tools, pressure washers, hand tools, and other cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Communicate clearly and continuously with the team about job site conditions and progress.

Experience

• Prior outdoor work experience or background in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in softwashing, outdoor labor, mechanics, or equipment fields preferred (not required — we will train).
• Ability to follow detailed safety protocols consistently while working in various outdoor environments.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, and manual tasks throughout the workday.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards client interactions.
