In this role, you’ll be at the center of our high-volume call center operations—helping customers navigate warranty claims, ensuring smooth communication with repair facilities, and delivering the kind of service that keeps drivers confident on the road.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with warranty service claims.
• Review, process, and analyze automotive repair claims with accuracy and efficiency pertaining to our contract guidelines.
• Collaborate with repair facilities to gather details, resolve discrepancies, and authorize repairs.
• Provide knowledgeable, professional, and friendly support to customers throughout the claims process.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have automotive service, repair, and mechanical diagnostic knowledge. (This role is processing claims for mechanical warranties/service contracts).
• Previous experience in automotive service or warranty claims.
• Experience as an automotive service advisor is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills—both on the phone and in writing.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Eager to learn and grow within a dynamic company.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.

Schedule:

On-Site in Parsippany, NJ (for local applicants)

9AM - 5:30PM

Remote

10:30AM - 7PM EST (West Coast applicants welcome)

Hourly Compensation:

$28 - 36/HR depending on experience

Full-Time - 40 Hours Guaranteed
