Responsibilities As a Distribution Operator, you will play a crucial role in the success of Texas Operations. You will work in site logistics, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our products to customers. Your responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring distribution equipment Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations Collaborating with team members to optimize processes Qualifications A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required. Ability to work a rotating shift. Must be 18 years or older. Work overtime and holidays as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation. Must have a current, valid, United States driver license. A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process. Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial manufacturing. Loading or unloading experience. Military experience. Good work history. Your Skills Risk Awareness: Follow strict safety protocols and use PPE to ensure compliance with regulations. Mechanical Principles: Operate and monitor distribution equipment efficiently and accurately. Detail Oriented: The ability to identify equipment requiring maintenance, clear and tag equipment, and issue Safe Work Permits for maintenance and project work. Communication: Communicate effectively and work cooperatively to optimize processes. Adaptability: Adjust to rotating shifts, overtime, and changing operational needs. Additional Notes This position does not offer relocation assistance. Physical Demands Wear safety equipment, such as earplugs, goggles, and steel-toed shoes. Wear and use respirators. Perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting. Work in tight or closed-in spaces. Climb stairs/ladders and work high off the ground. Stand or walk for extended periods of time. Frequent lifting of material weighing approximately 55 lbs. This role does involve elevated work greater than or equal to four feet above the ground.
