You will be responsible for providing the highest level of service and taking care of our customer’s furniture & mattress needs, by showing them available products in-store and by ordering while informing them of current promotions & sales.
We feel we have an amazing team and we need you for our business! No sales experience is required, we will train!
Customer service background preferred.
Pay: Hourly Commission, Add hundreds to your weekly pay! Starting Pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour plus commission.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide the best possible level of customer service by greeting every customer that comes through the door, and consistently following up at all times.
- Continually strive to improve your professional skills.
- Complete all required documentation, in addition to the specific items listed below. Accurately and completely fill out a sales slip for every stock transaction and all required information for special orders (non-stock sales).
- Adhere to the delivery date and time guidelines provided by the Office Manager before making a commitment to a customer.
- Ensure fabrics displayed are current, properly organized, and put away if not being used.
- Ensure catalogs are properly organized and put away if not being used.
- Ensure every item has a price ticket. Change price tickets as directed by the Sales & Operations Manager and/or General Manager.
- Any and all other tasks, as assigned by your supervisor, and within the time frame requested.
