What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Carpenter (W-2, Full Time, Year Round) position at Dow Construction?
Dow Construction is hiring experienced carpenters. We build custom homes, remodels, additions, garages, and barns in the White Mountains. We're based in Conway, driven by a passion for craftsmanship and committed to using quality materials.
What you would own:
- Crew leadership and task delegation
- Layout and sequencing of work
- Quality control
- Material coordination
- Daily communication with the project manager
What we are looking for:
- 7 years in residential carpentry, including time running crews
- You own jobsite outcomes and keep a crew productive
- You prevent mistakes before they happen
- You hold a professional jobsite
