Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Student Intern to join our ME team on a temporary full-time basis over the summer. This role provides hands-on experience in the development, maintenance, and improvement of the manufacturing process. You will work closely with experienced engineers to learn about optimizing manufacturing operations, improving process efficiency, and driving operational excellence.

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineering Student Intern to join our ME team on a temporary full-time basis over the summer. Responsibilities
- Perform time studies, process mapping, and workflow evaluations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce scrap, improve efficiency, and increase process capability.
- Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and standard work initiatives within the production environment.
- Assist ME engineers with the development, documentation, and optimization of manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and EH&S to support overall manufacturing operations.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar field.
- Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)
- Gibbscam experience a plus.
