1 position available for 3rd Shift : Monday - Thursday 7 : 00 PM - 5 : 30 AM

Mission Statement : Revolutionizing fueling operations globally by optimizing safety, efficiency, reliability, and environmental sustainability through innovative fuel handling and information management solutions.

Core Responsibilities :

• Accurately tender shipments and create freight documents for orders using ERP and Shipping execution software.
• Allocate orders in Oracle and run and process pick tickets; perform transactions using Enterprise Res.
• Check-in drivers and schedule shipments using Open Dock software.
• Handle incoming / outgoing calls and emails regarding the shipment of products including carriers, customer service, sales and operations, etc.
• Work with teammates, carriers, and customers to resolve discrepancies (shortages, damage, deliveries, freight charges, etc.).
• Load planning of shipments using weights, dimensions, and linear feet.
• Investigate shipping claims by process review and product cycle counts, weight verification, and document claims findings in SharePoint.
• Create, upload, and monitor workflows for International shipment SharePoint workflow.
• Secondary Responsibilities :
• Maintain clerical tracking boards to include standard work and 5S.
• Inventory supplies needed supplies for the clerical process.
• File paperwork and shipping records
• Submit Carrier freight claims.
• Consolidate shipping paperwork for storage and use the scanner for electronic document retrieval.
• Freight quote estimate requests
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work hours beyond scheduled shifts during the week as well as work weekends.
• Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds periodically.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, stand and walk intermittently throughout the day, and be involved with shipping activities on the warehouse floor throughout the required shift.
• Must be able to bend, push, pull, and kneel.
• Must be able to work in weather extremes.
• Must be able to wear all required PPE.
• Must be willing and able to comply with all plant safety policies.
