Position Summary
This position is responsible for administering Item Master data and Engineering Changes in the Oracle ERP system and for the implementation of configurator rules for DFS using FPX CPQ OnDemand and Oracle Configurator Developer. Daily activities will include processing changes and releases for fuel dispensers and related products in North America based on new or revised engineering specifications as well as implementing data/rule changes for fuel dispensers and related products in North America based on new or revised engineering or graphics product specifications or business rules. The role will also include reporting of engineering change process metrics, evaluating engineering change process improvements and data or process change requests from other parts of the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze and evaluate business requirements and solution objectives.
- Provide professional skills necessary for basic data analysis and modeling, process definition, and metrics reporting.
- Participate in ongoing process improvements
- Fast and accurate processing of Engineering releases and changes in the Oracle ERP system
- Education: Associate’s or Technical Degree, preferably in computer science, MIS, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or 5 years of Engineering, Software, or IT industry experience required.
- Strong analytical & technical background in Excel
- Excellent problem solving, research and analysis, and technical skills
- Creative thinker who can think outside the box
- Experience with Oracle ERP system
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of data principles and concepts to support data quality, validation and ownership
- Understanding of tools including SQL Database highly desirable
- Experience with Java, JavaScript or other scripting languages highly desirable
- Experience with FPX CPQ OnDemand and FPX PDM data modeling is highly desirable
- Must be able to work effectively with others and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be highly organized and work well under pressure.
- Must be able to work independently, as well as under supervision.
- Must be able to understand broad concepts and also pay attention to detail
- Must be willing to accept responsibility and to show good judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness.
- Must value working in a collaborative environment.
