Dover Fueling Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Software Engineering Intern to work on a near real-time IoT monitoring platform for connected fueling station devices. This is a hands-on opportunity to build production-quality features across the stack and gain experience with systems that process and visualize live device data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop interactive dashboard features using React.js for monitoring IoT device data. 
• Build and enhance APIs using NestJS to support IoT data and enable seamless UI integration. 
• Implement real-time data visualizations, alerting, and system health tracking within the dashboard. 
• Collaborate with engineers on feature design, development, and performance optimization. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices. 
• Assist in containerizing applications using Docker and deploying services in a cloud/Kubernetes environment. 
• Gain exposure to CI/CD pipelines and support build and deployment automation. 
• Monitor application performance and logs to ensure system reliability and stability. 
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
• Experience with React and modern web development practices. 
• Basic understanding of APIs and backend concepts (NestJS/Node.js is a plus) 
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows 
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts, Docker, and cloud/Kubernetes environments is a plus. 
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
