About The Role
We’re seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience team at Anthony’s Richmond, VA office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving customer challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service from quote to post-shipment support. You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales managers and commissioned representatives, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate pricing, and a positive customer journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints
- Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry
- Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction
- Assure accurate customer pricing
- Collaborate with sales managers and reps to support quoting and order fulfillment
- Troubleshoot issues and proactively resolve customer concerns
- Track and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience with AS400 or similar mainframe systems
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Proven customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional agility
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success
